Do we have to pay for shoes?

Each bowling center has their shoe policy posted in the right column of their registration page. The policy is also the same for the family pass unless otherwise noted. You may bring your own bowling shoes.

Are my coupons and family pass valid at every participating bowling center?

The coupons and family passes are only valid at the bowling center you register with unless otherwise noted on the registration page.

How can I add more people to the coupons and family pass?

If you sign into your account at www.kidsbowlfree.com/login.php you may add more people to your coupons and family passes. We do not allow you to edit previous entries.

I accidentally signed up for the wrong bowling center, what do I do?

We allow you to make this adjust via your user account page. Please login to your account at

http://www.kidsbowlfree.com/login.php to make this change.

This change can only be made once.

Can I sign up at more than one bowling center?

You can sign the kids at multiple centers but you will need to create another account. Only one unique email address can be used to open an account, so you will need to register with another email address.

How come I have not received the coupons?

In order for us to send your weekly email we require that you confirm your account by clicking the link in the confirmation email that was sent upon signup. If you do not confirm this email we cannot send you the weekly email.

However, you may sign into your account at anytime by visiting http://www.kidsbowlfree.com/login.php to print your coupons.

How do I change my email address?

You may change your email address by signing into your account at http://www.kidsbowlfree.com/login.php and selecting "edit user profile".
